List of financial statements
A list of defined financial statements in available in the Accounting menu under the Financial Statements icon.
The window menu is divided into three groups:
List with buttons: [Calculations], [Refresh], [Add], [Edit], [Delete]
Printouts and Reports with buttons: [Printout/Report], [Chart/Analysis]
Statements with buttons: [Import XML], [Export XML]

Financial statements can be filtered by typing the searched value in the line below the column header. On the left side of the line, there is the icon 
. To filter the statements by the searched values, it is necessary to click the checkbox available in the left bottom corner of the window with the list of financial statements.
Financial statement calculation
Upon defining all statement items and the period, the statement can be calculated.
To calculate a statement follow these steps:
- In the list of financial statements, mark a statement you want to calculate
- Click [Calculations] in the List button group. The statement calculation will be displayed.
In the calculations list, there are two additional options: Include unconfirmed entries and Include items with zero amounts. If you want to include these options in the calculation form, check them and click the [Recalculate] button.
