In the opened element form, in column: Divided Element, data of VAT invoice element is displayed. These fields are insensitive and not editable.

All the above-mentioned data must, however, be completed in New Element column, that is:

After completing new element data, click [Save] in the Actions button group. The two entries will appear on the list of elements.
