Updating of exchange rates
Clicking on the button [Update] starts the update of exchange rates. Updating of exchange rates enables the identification of a specific time interval during which the value of an exchange rate is to take effect. The recorded information is archived so that the user could review the historic data. Importing of the exchange rate value on the current day updates the current exchange rate in the system.
Exchange rate is updated on the basis of:
time interval – specified in the From and To fields manually or using the calendar that is dropped down by clicking on the downwards arrow
type of exchange rate – selected from the list of available types of exchange rates
Checking the field Update all updates all currencies in the system.
