How to add partial accounting period

In order to add a partial accounting period user has to:

  1. Open the list of accounting periods (see chapter: Accounting periods)
  2. Select a period to which user wants to add partial accounting periods and select button [Divide into Months] or [Divide into Quarters]
  3. Automatically below selected period a list of newly added partial accounting periods is displayed (see chapter: Adding an accounting period)
  4. Added periods can be edited and deleted

 

Partial accounting periods can be also added through form.

2.     Repeat steps 1 and 2

3.     Select button [Add through Form] from list of Accounting periods

4.     A form will appear (see chapter: Adding an accounting period)

5.     Fill in obligatory fields

6.     Save form by selecting button [Save]
