Completion of payment from the level of the list of receivables or payables
In order to complete a payment from the list of receivables or payables, in the edited payment window, go to tab Transactions.

This tab is composed of two panels.
In the upper panel – Documents to Be Paid, all unapplied cash-bank transactions that are associated with the payer selected in the General tab are displayed.
Transactions displayed in this panel from the level of the list of receivables are those of revenue type with value greater than zero and those of expense type with value less than zero.
Transactions displayed in this panel from the level of the list of payables are those of expense type with value greater than zero and those of revenue type with value less than zero.
Note: It is not possible to complete receivables/payables which value equals to zero.
Note: The panel Documents to Be Paid does not display the cash-bank transactions with zero value.
The lower panel – Paid Documents presents a list of documents from which the document being edited was completed or compensated.
Documents can be completed from the level of this tab in two ways:
1) by clicking on the button [Combine]
In order to complete a given payment, in the upper panel, mark an unapplied payment from which the given receivable/payable must be completed and then click [Combine] in the Payment button group. Instead of clicking on that button, you may also double click on the selected receivable/payable. After completion, the document completing the given payment (receivable/payable) will appear in the lower panel. If the document being paid is entirely completed from the given payment, it is removed from the upper panel with the list of documents to be paid and it is displayed in the lower panel with the list of paid documents.
In order to remove the completion, mark the paid document in the lower panel and click on the button [Remove Completion]. Instead of clicking on that button, you may also double click on the paid document. The completion will be removed and the paid document will appear again as unpaid document in the upper panel on the list of documents to be paid.
Note: The Documents to Be Paid panel contains only transactions (deposits/withdrawals) and payments of opposite type associated with a given customer/vendor/employee/institution/bank whose payment is being completed.
Note: Both completion and removal of completion between payment and cash-bank transaction is registered in the system at once. The buttons [Save] and [Close] do not affect the registration or lack of registration of the payment completion. Combination of transaction with payment is registered in the database at once regardless of whether we click [Save] or [Close].
2) by clicking on the button [Complete]
In order to complete a particular payment or transaction, on the list of receivables or payables, mark the payment you want to complete and then click [Complete]. Clicking on that button opens the list of all open transactions (in case of selecting payment to be applied) or all open payments (in case of selecting transaction to be applied). After selecting a proper transaction or payment, click on the button [Combine]. Fully completed payment or transaction receive the status Applied.
