If these values cannot be converted to the system currency due to the lack of exchange rate on the report opening day, the user will be informed about it and will be able to determine the value of the exchange rate on that day for the account currency. Comarch ALTUM enables to define the exchange rate both for sale and purchase.
The list of exchange rates for the selected report can be opened from the level of the reports list. That list contains the copies of all the exchange rate values which were used for conversion of the system currency to a foreign currency and the other way around. For example, when saving a report (or a transaction) with a currency account: USD which has the following types of exchange rates defined: FED for purchase and BOA for sale, the system additionally saves the values of exchange rate type for purchase and sale on the report opening day. The list of exchange rates for the selected report can be opened by clicking on the button [View Exchange Rates] available in the Report’s Exchange Rates button group.
