How to add a new price list

 

In order to add a new price list user has to:

  1. Open a list of price lists for release price types (Sales  -> Price Lists for Released Items) or receipt price types (Purchases -> Prices for Received Items) by selecting proper option
  2. Click [Add] button from the List buttons group
  3. Fill in obligatory data:
    1. Enter price list’s name
    2. Define price list’s activity dates
    3. Select price type
    4. Define calculation mode
    5. Enter factor/minimum margin value
    6. Define remaining parameters depending on user preferences (e.g.: Fixed Price, Subject to Discounts)
  5. Calculate item prices according to the parameters mentioned above, by selecting function Calculation Method
  6. Save new price type by clicking [Save] in the Price List buttons group
    1. Optionally: before saving the price list it can be activated by selecting function [Price List Activation]
