How to generate WM+
In order to generate WM+ user has to:
1. Assume that in the system there is confirmed WM- document, issued according to the scenario How to create a new WM- document
2. Select saved permanently/confirmed WM- document from which WM+ document should be generated
3. Select button [Generate WM+] from the Actions buttons group
4. Save the generated WM+ document as unconfirmed or confirmed
