Generating of purchase inquiries from sales inquiries
The functionality of generating a purchase inquiry from sales inquiry maintains a customer’s demand on a given item and the verification of the expected date and the price at which the selected item can be delivered.
Purchase inquiry can be generated from sales inquiry for one or many vendors at the same time and to a particular or several indicated sales inquiries.
To generate POI from SOI, on the list of sales inquiries, mark a document and click on the button [Generate POI] and then select one of the available options: [For One Vendor] or [For Many Vendors] 
. In case of the first option, the form of the generated POI is opened automatically. In case of the second option, the system enable the selection of vendors from the list before generating POI documents.
If the selected sales inquiry contains some items, they will be automatically transferred to the purchase inquiry.
