Statement of retail sale and corrections of retail sale
A statement of retail sale (SRS) and a correction of retail sale (RSC) allow the registration of retail sale VAT documented by receipts.
VAT is registered in the system by generating statements periodically depending on the settings configured on the types of documents (see the manual Comarch ALTUM Configuration -> Types of documents).

Information provided on the list of retail sale statements and retail sale corrections is the following:
Number – statement number given in accordance with the applied numeration schemes (see: Configuration -> Numerators)
Date of Issue – date of generating a statement
Date From – date from which the receipts are registered in a statement
Date To – date to which the receipts are registered in a statement
Subtotal Value – subtotal value of the sum of receipts included in a statement
Total Value – total value of the sum of receipts included in a statement
Status – document status
Reference Number – statement’s reference number
