Warehouse documents
This component contains warehouse documents which reflect warehouse turnover. These documents are divided in Comarch ALTUM into two categories: release and receipt documents. As the name suggests, the documents illustrate the action of releasing and taking receipt of goods to a warehouse.
Warehouse documents can be also divided as follows:
1) Warehouse documents:
Purchase order receipt (POR)
Sales order release (SOR)
Warehouse movement (WM)
2) Internal documents:
Internal receipt (IR+)
Internal release (IR-)
Inventory sheet (I)
Item quantity calculation (IQC)
Demand forecast (DF)
3) Other
Package (PC).
IR+ and IR- documents are used to register changes of warehouse stock of items not connected with sales nor purchase. They apply especially in following processes:
1. composition and decomposition – in the process of composition from ingredients (items) a new product is made (a new item). Ingredients are retrieved from warehouse – it’s recorded by IR- document. Item can be accepted to a warehouse with IR+ document. Quantity and value of items in warehouse changes in result of this operation.
2. stocktaking – shortages are released from warehouse by IR- document, surplus – accepted by IR+.
3. liquidation – defective items are removed from warehouse, what is documented by IR-.
4. service requiring usage of merchandises/materials, e.g. painting. Sales of such service is documented by invoice or receipt, and decrease of warehouse stock – by IR- document.
Item quantity calculation documents, inventory sheets and packages are used for handling stock, but they are not directly connected with sale of purchase of goods.
The warehouse documents are available in Comarch ALTUM in tab Warehouse and are divided into three groups:
1) Release documents:
Sales order release (SOR)
Internal release (IR-)

2) Receipt documents:

Warehouse movement In plus (WM+)
