The form of inventory sheet
A new inventory sheet can be added by clicking [Add]in the Inventory Sheets button group.
Tab General
Inventory sheet can be divided into two parts: header and list of items.

Header
Number – number of IS generated according to used numeration schemas (see: Configuration -> Numerators)
Warehouse – symbol of warehouse assigned to an inventory sheet.
Sheet Name – inventory sheet name
Document Status – current status of an inventory sheet
Date of Issue – document date. It’s a day on which quantity of resource with quantity from inventory is compared
Value – value of inventoried items in purchase prices
List of items
No. – item’s ordinal number on the inventory sheet
Code – item code
Name – name of item
Features – features of item
Unit – basic unit of measure, in which item is recorded
System Quantity– quantity of item in a warehouse
Actual Quantity – actual quantity of items in stock
Difference – the difference between the system quantity and the actual quantity
Items can be added to an inventory sheet by clicking [Add]from the Elements button group.
The selection of item or lot must be confirmed by clicking on the button [Select].
